Keith
Maitland
Producer,
Director, Editor
The Grown-up, Maitland's first short film won an Audience Award
at the 2003 Santa Monica Film Festival. In 2005, his collaboration
with cinematographer Ty Roberts, Not Even Jail, was selected
as a winner in the Interpol Short Film Competition, sponsored
by Matador Records.
Keith Maitland
graduated from the University of Texas in Austin in 1998 with
a BA in creative writing. Chosen to participate in the prestigious
Director's Guild of America (DGA) trainee program, Maitland
became one of the youngest members of the Guild, working alongside
directors including Woody Allen, Janusz Kaminski, and Joel Schumacher.
Maitland's credits include Assistant Director work on several
feature films and television shows, including 7 seasons with
NBC's Law & Order.
In 2001,
Maitland launched IllegalFilms and is currently producing, directing
and editing Tractorcade: the Spirit of '79, a documentary about
American family farmers, featuring Willie Nelson and Arlo Guthrie.

Patrick
Floyd
Producer,
Sound Mixer
An alumnus
of Oglethorpe University, Patrick Floyd spent three years as
a high school teacher working with at-risk youth in the Bronx
and Brooklyn. In addition to his role as English teacher, Patrick
produced a student-run live radio show on TeenTalk Live (WNYE/91.5
FM) and served as a mediator for conflicts between students.
Before becoming a teacher, Patrick worked as a sound mixer and
as an Assistant Director on independent films in New York. Patrick's
experiences inside and outside the classroom drew him back to
filmmaking, intent on sharing the stories of teens with the
complexity that they deserve.

Sarah
Wilson
Producer,
Stills Photographer
A graduate
of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Sarah Wilson is an award-winning
documentary photographer. Sarah's projects have received grants
from the Texas Council for the Humanities, The University of
Texas at Austin, The Cartwright Foundation, Daniel Rosenberg
Foundation and the Trull Foundation. Her project Jasper, TX:
The Healing of a Community in Crisis has shown in New York City
and five cities in Texas.

Lead the
animation team on Richard Linklater's A Scanner Darkly. For
Scanner, Archer and Beck honed the rotoscopic animation techniques
they utilized in the animated feature Waking Life.

Ear on the Ball is a co-production of the Independent
Television Service (ITVS).
ITVS brings to local, national and international audiences high-quality,
content-rich programs created by a diverse body of independent
producers. ITVS programs take creative risks, explore complex
issues, and express points of view seldom seen on commercial
or public television. ITVS programming reflects voices and visions
of underrepresented communities and addresses the needs of underserved
audiences, particularly minorities and children.
